So you are looking at this picture and you ask to yourself : “what she tried to do ?”. Same here, honey. Basically, I wanted to use the gorgeous “Fantasy Fire” by Max Factor. I got it since 2014 and I hadn’t use it since I bought it. And I saw a lot of pictures of nail artists using “Fantasy Fire” by Max Factor with “Royal” by Revlon. I was like : “Perfect, I have both of them. I’m gonna use them together”. But I didn’t want to just make a superposition and just put “Fantasy Fire” on the top of “Royal”. So I said to myself : “maybe doing stripes would be great”. Well, it was better in my mind. But I think, it’s a funny nail art. The stripes look like storms or something, it’s kinda mystic. I swear, in real life the nail art was beautiful. Under the lights, the stripes was very pretty. In school, I had fun in moving my hand under the lights of the classroom and the mani looked pretty, I swear! (yeah, you can note that I’m an attentive student but when your mani catchs your eyes, you can’t resist to watch it all day). I have to say that despite the fact that the mani is very easy to do, it’s an unique mani and love that. But I have to admit, I would have liked the stripes to be more showy.

If you know me a little bit, you know that I post a lot of gradients nail art. I love to make gradients and to draw some patterns on. But I noticed that I don’t make a lot of gradients with red nail polish. On my blog, I just posted this nail art for which I used red for a gradient. So for this nail art, I was like “I have to use red in a gradient!” and voila this nail art is born!
For this nail art, I used two differents shades of orange and a red nail polish. I made some vertical and horizontal patterns.
Polishes I used :
Maybelline : Speedy Hot Tamale
Nails Inc. : Kensington Palace Garden
L’Oréal : Sex on the Peach

For this nail art, I did a mix’n’match nail art. On my index fingernail, I did somes stripes with mint nail polish and a darker green nail polish. On my middle fingernail, I did some flowers. On my ring fingernail, I did an accent nail using a gold nail polish and a gold glitter nail polish on the top of the gold nail polish. On my pinky fingernail, I did some dots.
All these colors look good together. These colors are the kind of colors that I like to use. This mani turned out well, I think. I like the fact that for my index and my pinky fingernails, I used a bright nail polish (pink & mint) and his darker version. This nail art is inspired by WhispersoftheWind on Instagram.
Polishes I used :
Barry M : Dragon
Barry M : Christmas Gold
Maybelline : Mint for Life

Lately, I've been loving the dry brush technique. It’s less dirty than the gradient, we don’t need to clean the polish around the nails and the finished look is great. It’s the third time that I post a manicure on which I used the dry brush technique. You can check out my wood nail art (which I was pretty proud about) and my patterns nail art using the dry brush technique. I can promise that this is not the last time that I will use the dry brush technique. I really enjoy this technique. When I finished to all put the colors that I wanted with the dry brush technique, I made some vertical patterns. This nail art is inspired by NailStorming on Instagram.
Polishes I used :
The Face Shop : OR201
Bourjois : Orange Creation
Salomé : Red

This red nail polish is surely the darkest red nail polish that I own. It was the first time that I used this nail polish since I got it and I love it. This nail polish looks good with the silver glitter. I especially love my index and my pinky nails. I made a waterfall design inspired by The Nailasaurus. It’s more subtle than a gradient.
Polishes I used :
Barry M : Red Black
Bourjois : It’s Raining Stars

I can’t help, guys! I’m always making patterns over gradient on my nails. Is this a disease ? I’m the kind of nail artist who loves when there is a lot of designs on her nails. When I do simple manicures, I feel like there is something missing. I’m weird! But the worse is that I always try to find new combinations of colors and new pattern to do on my nails, I never have enough. For this nail art, I used pink, orange and purple nail polishes. I swear, on the tips of my nails this is a pink nail polish. On the picture, it looks like dark orange but I swear it’s a pink nail polish. On this gradient, I made some horizontal and vertical patterns with white nail polish.

Rimmel : Pastel Perfection
Revlon : Peachy
