Nope, you won’t find christmas nail art on this page haha. (But you might find a nail art for New Year’s Eve, I’m still thinking about it)
Remember when I said in this post that I would try to do water marble with the  Formula X’s Ombré Infinite set ? Promise kept! I know it was months ago but better late than never. I’m pretty proud of this water warble, it reminds me of rock mineral.
Polishes I used :
Formula X : Platinium Prime

Formula X : Timeless Teal
Maybelline : Glitter It

It’s been december for like 10 days and it already snowed 2 times here in France and it’s a record believe me.
So to forget the cold outside, I have a mani using some summer colors for you. I did a gradient with purple, red and orange polishes and patterns with white polish.
Polishes I used :
OPI : Funky Dunkey
OPI : Red Lights Ahead… Where ?
Essie : Roarrrrange
Kiko : n°279

The OPI polish that I’m holding in my hand is quite special, it was the first OPI that I ever bought. This polish was a part of the collection that OPI did for the  “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” release in 2011. I was so excited when I bought the set, I guess I didn’t know yet that it was the beginning of a big OPI collection lol.
This green is not really easy to include in nail art but I think that it adds a special touch to this one. These colors complete each other very well.
For this nail art, I did triangle near my cuticles on my pointer and pinky fingernails. I did flowers on my middle fingernail and I did stripes on my ring fingernail.
I was inspired by Melcisme on Instagram for this nail art.
Polishes I used :
OPI : Stranger Tides
Sally Hansen : I Pink I Can
Sally Hansen : Pink At Him
Bourjois : Amande Défilé

I’m not sure of this color combo lol. I was inspired by a picture of a phone case that I found on Tumblr. This is the proof that you can find inspiration literally everywhere but I sometimes struggle with inspiration. I really do consider nail art as an art and every art needs inspiration. Sometimes, I don’t know what to do on my nails and it frustrates me so much. What I love about nail art is that if you see a pattern on a shirt or whatever that you love, you can recreate it on your nails and carry your art wherever you go since the nails are the canvas.
This nail art is really easy. I just did some chevrons on my ring fingernail. Then I applied “Steady As She Rose” by OPI on my pointer fingernail, “Trout Pout” by Butter London on my middle fingernail and “V.I.P” by PS on my pinky fingernail.
Polishes I used :
Butter London : Trout Pout
OPI : Steady As She Rose
PS : V.I.P

This nail art might look familiar to you, it was inspired by a Daniel Wellington watch. You know, those watchs that literally every influencer has a discount code for.
For this manicure, I did blue and pink stripes on my middle fingernail and pink flowers on my ring fingernail.
This nail art is inspired by Nails_By_Erin on Instagram.

When I first started this page, I wouldn’t imagine that I would say something like this one day but sometimes life can be pretty surprising so… More than one month ago, the website Banggood.com contacted me. They offer me to test out their products and to review them on my page. They were generous with me because they let me choose the products. I obviously chose nail products because… I’m nail art blogger lol. Of course, it’s not because they sent me products that I will say only positive things. So let’s talk about the nail art itself!
For this nail art, I did a gradient using three shades of green. And for the first time ever, I protected my cuticles from the nail polish haha. Believe it or not but when I do gradient, I don’t protect my cuticles. I just let the nail polish dry on my skin and wash it after. Yeah, it’s pretty messy I know haha. I just protect my skin when I do watermarble. But for this nail art, I used a peel off glue latex thing to protect my cuticles. This thing is pretty life changing! This stuff is all over Instagram. I remember watching nail art tutorials on Instagram during class with my best friend and she was like : “what do they put around their cuticles?” lol such an innocent soul. But at that time, I didn’t test it yet because I just didn’t have the opportunity to. When Banggood.com offered me to test their products and that I saw the peel off glue on their website, I knew that I had to test it! I’m a gradient junkie so I knew it would be useful lol. What I love about this product, it’s the brush. I love the fact that this is a nail polish brush and not a gloss spongy stuff you know. The application is easy and it also dries quickly. It peels off easily, I use tweezer to remove it. And because we never have too much of first times, I also used striping tape for the first time. I’m a freehand kind of girl so nail art using tapes and stuff like that is not my cup of tea. Honestly, I really need to practice more lol but the triangles look great, I’m not that bad I guess. To be honest with you, I did my right hand with a brush haha. But Banggood.com sent me a bunch of striping tapes so watch out for the future queen of striping tape. Banggood.com also sent me another thing that you can’t see on my nails. They sent me an acrylic storage where I store base and top coats, white and black polishes, nail lacquer thinner, nail cares and polish remover. This thing is really practical.
This nail art is simple but the colors and the glitter make it special. The glitter polish I used for this nail art is from Maybelline. It’s called “Glitter It” and honestly, I really want to glitter all my manicures with it haha.
Banggood.com sent me other products that I can’t wait to try and talk about on my page so stay tuned for that!
That was long haha, thank you if you read all my post! You such a courageous person.

I love “Lose Your Lingerie” by Rimmel so much that I used it for the second time in a row haha! If you didn’t see it, I used it in my last post. I really like that kind of colors : pastel and soft colors.
For this nail art, I did a gradient using “Lose Your Lingerie” by Rimmel and “Harmonics” by Formula X. These two colors look great together. On the top of this gradient, I did some white patterns.
Don’t miss my post next week, it will be a little bit special. I can’t wait to share it with you all!

The gradient of this nail art looks really strange to me lol. I feel like these colors don’t really suit each other but I had few compliments about this mani so I guess this nail art isn’t that bad, the patterns are cool tho. It’s funny this thing when people compliment nail art that you did yourself but you don’t really like.

I think that Formula X is becoming one of my favorite brands. They have a wide range of different nail polishes. Glitter, creme, metallic… honestly they have everything! For my part, I love their creme polishes.
I did an accent nail on my ring fingernail. I put “Harmonics” by Formula X on my index fingernail. On my middle fingernail, I put a turquoise polish and on my pinky fingernail, I put some silver glitter.
For this nail art, I was inspired by Nailstorming on Instagram.

I’m not that proud of this nail art, we will say that it looks okay lol. Even if I do this kind of designs pretty often, fails are not inevitable.
For this nail art, I did a gradient using pink, orange and yellow polishes. On the top of the gradient, I did white patterns.

Hello awkward hand pose! Super long nails + mini polish bottle = awkward hand pose. Anyway, let’s talk about the nail art itself. So, I did chevrons on my ring fingernail and I used silver glitter polish to do a gradient on the rest of my nails.
I like this nail art way less than the other mani I did using “Let’s Be Friends!” by OPI. Instead of the chevrons, I did a bow on my ring fingernail.
Polishes I used :
OPI : Let’s Be Friends!
OPI : In True Stefani Fashion

Those colors together remind me of the colors of the Instagram’s logo. It wasn’t intentional, I didn’t want to do an Instagram inspired nail art.
Those colors are so pretty together. This nail art is really perfect for the summer. The colors and the patterns make a good combo.
