I'm continuing the "I'm working but I do summer nail art to pretend I'm on holidays" series lol. Let me pretend I went to London this summer. I like that I drew little things on my nails without thinking it hardly. When I do nails it's always really precise and this one is just cute things and vibes lol.

This nail art is so Barbie coded and it's definitely intended! At first, I wanted to reproduced the Barbie nail art that Coewless posted on her IG page but I wasn't satisfied with the result so I decided to do it my way. I'm really happy with the design I came up with. The colors look so great together. I especially like my pointer and middle fingernails.

London is definitely the city that is easy to do an inspired nail art for when you go there. I went months ago and god I really like this city. This was my second time and I feel like there is literally endless things to do in London.

I have to say that I'm proud of this nail art, I reproduced an oldie of mine. It's kinda challenging to do an old nail art of yours, like will you do it better than back then. I would say that I outdid myself. After all, we're our best competitor lol.

CHRISTMAS AT DISNEYLAND ~

Without a transition... here’s a Christmas nail art lol. The last one I posted was a fall one. As soon as December begins, I turn my nails into the most Christmassy things possible lol.

Doing my nails in a Disney theme every time I go to the park is a tradition and doing my nails in a Disney Christmassy theme every time I go to the park in December is also becoming one lol. Going to the Disneyland during December is literally the definition of magic, I really love going there during this season. Tbh, this isn’t the mani I will have during my Disneyland escape because I already did another Disney mani lol. I didn’t like the Christmas tree so I redid the whole mani. No I'm not dramatic lol. I really took them off after only 2 days like I didn’t spend hours doing them. But I must say, I really like the Mickey Santa Claus.

XMAS 2020 NAIL ART PT. 5 : PLAID & HOLLY WREATH ~

Christmas is closer and closer which means that I have another nail art for you! This one is probably one of my favorites of this year.

For this mani, I drew plaid pattern on my pointer and ring fingernails and a holly wreath on my middle fingernail. I remember when I was a kid we used to hang this on our front door. And on my pinky nail, I did a glitter gradient.

This nail art is giving off many different vibes lol. I don’t know, the red with the blue stripes reminds me of a flag, a soccer jersey (not that I know anything about soccer lol), a circus tent and so on lol.

For this mani, I did blue stripes on a red base. Then I did a gradient using gold glitter and I drew an eyes on my ring fingernail. I’m particularly proud of the eye. So yeah I did a blue eye even though I have brown eyes. But I feel like blue eyes just stand out in nail art. 

The last time I draw eyes for a nail art, it was for the 2020 new year nail art as a sign of good luck. And well, let’s say it didn’t help AT ALL lol.

I tried to reproduce the rainbow smoke nails by Simply Nailogical but it’s a fail lol. It looks more like a failed galaxy design. Honestly, I feel like I never really did a Simply Nailogical nail art right. She was really on another level when she was still doing nail art lol. It’s true that she does less ail art videos than before. She does a podcast with her boyfriend, Ben. I enjoy watching them. We can discover another side of her and her opinions on different topics.

Quarantine is the perfect time to try to master techniques that fail us in the past. For me, it’s obviously the watermarble! How many times I did it and regretted it immediately ? So many times! I have to say that this try is not that bad, I’m happy with the result. It kinda gives Valentine’s day vibes.

CHRISTMAS NAIL ART BECAUSE WE WANT 2020 TO BE ALREADY OVER ~

I didn’t plan to do a christmas design but I realized a little too late that it was christmassy haha. Even a coworker told me that it was a christmas nail art. 

So I went for something simple, I did a gold bow as an accent nail and I did a gradient using gold glitter polish on my other fingernails.

I feel like during this quarantine I’m more of a night owl, I mean who’s not ? lol. 

So for this nail art, I did a night sky with different moon phases. I don’t know why but I really love moon, there is something peaceful about it. I wasn’t so sure about the trees that I did but my manager said that they really look like trees so I guess they’re good lol. I feel like I’m yet to be comfortable with drawing trees a little like palm trees.
