CITY UNDER THE SNOW ~

I drew a city where a snowman, a house, a Christmas tree are the same height lol. Even if the scales are weird, I like how this nail art turned out! Especially because just before doing it, I tried to do another nail art which was a total fail. I'm happy I came out with this one. I even used loose glitter to do like a snow effect. We don't really see it on the picture, but I really make some effort for this design.

I don't really use khaki often for my nail art but maybe I should lol. The problem with that color is that it's really fall coded but look at her she's pretty, she should be worn all year long. Overall, green shades are so underrated.

POOL PARTY ~

When I came across a pool inspired nail art by Amber_NailArt on IG, I knew I had to do it as my vacation manicure.

This nail art was quite a journey. I knew the pool background would be the challenge of the design. At first, I tried to do it with a details brush but I turned out really shitty. So I tried the ocean nails technique that I saw on Abe The Nail Babe TikTok. Basically, you have to use a jelly stamper, put some oil on it and your nail polish on top. The oil will make your polish separate, it will create some holes in your polish. The background turned out ok I think, not as realistic that I wanted to be but you kinda get the idea of what I tried to do lol. On top of the water, I added some summer essentiels.

This manicure really didn't last a long time on my nails, I think the oil is a part of the reason and obviously I went to the beach so it just worsen everything lol. And on top of that, I had multiple broken nails. It's really the worst when your nails are ruined on vacation lol.

I SPILLED MY GUTS IN PARIS ~

I went to Olivia Rodrigo Guts World Tour in Paris last Friday and it was amazing! She grew up so much as a performer since the Sour World Tour and it was great to see. Olivia Rodrigo joined the really restrained club of singers I saw live twice in my life with Taylor Swift and Lorde. 

I really like the artistic direction for Guts and I would even say for everything Olivia Rodrigo related. We can feel that she really choose wisely the design of her albums, merch, tours... 

For my nail art, I browsed through Pinterest and Google Images to collect some Inspo. So for the pointer fingernail, I did some stars inspired by the poster tour and wrote Guts over them. For my middle fingernail, I was inspired by Guts lead single Vampire. I did a vampire mouth with the sharped tooth. For my ring fingernail, I did Olivia Rodrigo logo and for my pinky fingernail, I did a broken heart because it's literally the center piece of her songs lol. 

I already did a Olivia Rodrigo nail art for her first album Sour and also really liked it!

IN MY ERAS ERA ~

It was rare, I WAS THERE. I went to the biggest tour in music history, yes! I attended night 2 (in the pit) and night 4 (tribunes) in Paris. Honestly, there is no word to even describe the experience it was. I'm a concert girlie and there is nothing that can even come close to The Eras Tour. It's not just the concert itself but the whole experience : the friendship bracelets trading (warning : can be quite difficult for introverts!), the outfits... I can say it was, hands down, the best concert I've ever attended. The icing on the cake was literally Paramore being the opener! My inner teen was so happy, even more when they sung Decode on night 4. 

So for the nail art, I decided to do the album artworks for 5 Taylor Swift's albums. I like when my 2 hands are symmetric so I did the 5 same albums on my 2 hands. I really tried to reproduce the typo used for each artwork. I think I did quite a good job. I especially like the rep one. At first, I wanted to do a friendship bracelets nail art but I miserably failed so... lol. 

For the concert, I did the Reputation and Lover eras for my outfit but if I have to do a top 3 of my favorite albums I would say : 1989, Reputation and Folklore. The order is just chronological because honestly I would be unable to really rank them lol.

I visited Greece some months ago with a friend, we were in Athens to be precise. We didn't really like the city, it's not what we expected when we booked our flight lol.
