THE DISNEY’S DELICACIES ~

A visit to Disneyland means a match mani, this is my tradition. I really like this one, maybe my favorite Disney nail art. I must say this one created a little bit of buzz around me lol. I received some compliments for it.

I did the Minnie donut on my ring fingernail (which is my fav design of this mani) and I found a magnet donut who looks like my nail at the gift shop so we can say I was really on theme lol.

CHUC MUNG NAM MOI ! ~

This year is the year of the cat for the Vietnamese so the idea for this lunar new year was pretty obvious. So I did a lucky cat on my middle fingernail. On my ring fingernail, I drew things that are representative of Têt : the lantern, the red envelope (money!), the clementine for good luck and the firecracker. And I did glitter placement using gold and red on my pointer and pinky fingernails. It seems like glitter placement are my thing for new year manicures lol.

Happy Têt to those who celebrate it! I wish you luck, happiness and money of course!

COLORED GRADIENT AND BLACK PATTERNS... AGAIN ~

This kind of design is my staple even in 2023! Even tho I did this design a lot in my nail art career, it seems like I don’t want to let it go in 2023.

I like this one better than the one I posted last week.

A SPARKLY 2023 ~

This nail art was hard to capture in picture. The picture doesn’t do it justice honestly. So for this new year mani, I did a glitter placement and I added some gold stars to make it even more festive.

This mani was definitely a journey. I choose a first base color then I changed my mind then I rechanged my mind. It was a mess all around me lol. But I think that it was worth it.

Glitter placement manis are really satisfying to look at, to do however... this is another story lol. I already did a glitter placement nail art for new year in 2020 that I really liked.

Happy new year to y’all! Wishing you all good things for this year.

THE NAIL ART BORN BY ACCIDENT ~

I didn’t plan to do this nail art, I wanted to a more difficult one but didn’t succeed. So after hours trying to do a nail art, I was tired and just wanted to do a quick mani and this nail art is born lol. It was important to stay on the theme of winter even after a failure lol.

CHRISTMAS IN PINK ~

Each year, I always have to do a pink Christmas nail art. And often they turn out to be my favorite of the season. This one is for sure my favorite of Christmas 2022! Also this is the first time that I successfully do this candy cane swirl thing and it’s pretty good for a first time. There is still first times after all these years of nail art lol.

And of course, merry Christmas to those who celebrate!

BABY IT’S COLD OUTSIDE ~

Another Christmas nail art! I’m like Mariah Carey as soon as December begins I'm like “it’s tiiiiime” to turn my nails into the festive mood.

I did a polar bear on my pointer fingernail, a plaid pattern on my middle fingernail, some snowflakes on my ring fingernail and a holly branch on my pinky fingernail. Multiple people thought that I did the plaid to pay a hommage to the Scottish kilt lol. Obviously not, it was for the Christmas sweaters lol.

CHRISTMAS AT DISNEYLAND ~

Without a transition... here’s a Christmas nail art lol. The last one I posted was a fall one. As soon as December begins, I turn my nails into the most Christmassy things possible lol.

Doing my nails in a Disney theme every time I go to the park is a tradition and doing my nails in a Disney Christmassy theme every time I go to the park in December is also becoming one lol. Going to the Disneyland during December is literally the definition of magic, I really love going there during this season. Tbh, this isn’t the mani I will have during my Disneyland escape because I already did another Disney mani lol. I didn’t like the Christmas tree so I redid the whole mani. No I'm not dramatic lol. I really took them off after only 2 days like I didn’t spend hours doing them. But I must say, I really like the Mickey Santa Claus.
