THE MANICURE OF A MISSED RENDEZ-VOUS ~

This nail art was supposed to be for a collaboration but it never came out. I thought that it would be a shame to not post this manicure so here it is.

For this design, I didn’t do anything fancy. I did some flowers on the tips of my nails. I quite like how it turned out.

MY FIRST GLITTER PLACEMENT ~

I had this OPI polish from a long time in my stash without knowing what do to with it so I went for a glitter placement. 

I really like doing it and how it turned out. I loved this technique so much that I have bought other glitter polish to do it again.

A friend of mine was so impressed by my patience for doing this nail art. That’s true that it was kinda long to place all the glitter.

This is a totally red nail art that I have for you today! It’s a quite easy mani but a efficient one. Red is always a safe bet for classy nails.

Here’s the last nail art of my summer serie. As you can, summer necessarily means palm trees. 

For this nail art, I was inspired by GabbysNailArt on Instagram. My nails are not as good as hers but I’m quite proud of them. This nail art is probably my favorite summer nail art I did this year.

WHEN SKINCARE MEETS NAIL ART ~

So for this nail art, I was inspired by the berry balm dotcom recently released by Glossier. 

You probably all know this brand by now. They’re all about minimalism and sheer make up products to enhance the natural beauty. That’s why I tried to do a minimalist nail art inspired by the one I did months ago.

I went to their NY showroom and let me say it’s quite an experience. I love everything about this brand from their motto, aesthetic and products... I’m actually waiting for their pink hoodie to be restocked. I really want to wear it to look like a big marshmallow in it.

NEON COLORS AND PALM TREE : THE PERFECT SUMMER COMBO ~

This mani has a cute story behind it. Actually, I did a matching nails with my coworker who also loves nail art. She has her nails done by her friend each month, so we chose together the design to match.

For this nail art, I did a vertical gradient on my middle and ring fingernails using neon pink and orange. On my ring fingernail, I did a palm tree using black polish. Then I painted my pointer and pinky fingernails using neon orange.

FLOWER POWER ~

I love how nude color just make my nails classy and it’s better with flowers painted on. I have to say that I’m pretty proud about these flowers, they look cool.

LONDON, LONDON, LONDON BE GOING DOWN LIKE ~

Last weekend, I made a trip to London with my best friend. Believe it or not, it was actually my first time there.

For this occasion, I did a special mani (which I’m pretty proud of!).

On my pointer fingernail, I did a telephone booth. On my middle fingernail, I did the underground sign. On my ring fingernail, I did the United Kingdom flag and finally I put red glitter on my pinky fingernail.
