MINT WITH A HINT OF PINK ~

Pattern designs really belong in my staple nail art. Back in the days, I had 2 types of nail art : floral and pattern. I still like both of them but I have diversified the nail art I'm able to do. From time to time, I like to bring them back. I still do floral nail art really regularly. I do aztec/pattern designs a little bit less but I still like doing them.

The inspo of this nail art was sitting in my fold for quite some time so I decided to finally give it a shot. I would say I'm neutral about this nail art. Let's say I don't hate it lol.

KHAKI IS A GOOD IDEA ~

I don't really use khaki often for my nail art but maybe I should lol. The problem with that color is that it's really fall coded but look at her she's pretty, she should be worn all year long. Overall, green shades are so underrated. 

I really like this nail art, the colors and the patterns really match each other.

PREPPING FOR A CUTE FALL (the season obviously lol) ~

We're still in the month of august that I'm already thinking of fall lol. But because this nail art fall into the cute category, we can say that it's not too early to post it lol. It's not the dark fall kind of manicure.

I watched a YouTube video about the brat phenomenon just before posting this lol. This Revolution green polish is kinda brat I think lol. 

I really like this nail art. I saw the inspiration by accident on the Cirque Colors website and I knew I had to reproduce it on my nails.

POOL PARTY ~

When I came across a pool inspired nail art by Amber_NailArt on IG, I knew I had to do it as my vacation manicure.

This nail art was quite a journey. I knew the pool background would be the challenge of the design. At first, I tried to do it with a details brush but I turned out really shitty. So I tried the ocean nails technique that I saw on Abe The Nail Babe TikTok. Basically, you have to use a jelly stamper, put some oil on it and your nail polish on top. The oil will make your polish separate, it will create some holes in your polish. The background turned out ok I think, not as realistic that I wanted to be but you kinda get the idea of what I tried to do lol. On top of the water, I added some summer essentiels.

This manicure really didn't last a long time on my nails, I think the oil is a part of the reason and obviously I went to the beach so it just worsen everything lol. And on top of that, I had multiple broken nails. It's really the worst when your nails are ruined on vacation lol.

CALM FOX IN THE NATURE ~

I really like this nail art, there is something peaceful about it. That was my first time drawing a fox and think I did pretty good! All the colors match so well together.

I remember this nail art coming from a fail lol. I did an aura gradient at first but didn't know what to do with it so I changed plan. I think the design turned out great for something I improvised lol.

I think it was my first doing mushrooms on my nails and it turned out great I think. They kinda on trend right now so they definitely deserve to be on my nails lol. I really love the nature vibe of this nail art.

I like how the touch of glitter I added on the nude base gives some relief to the nail art.
